  •  Paddle attachment
  •   Sturdy silicon spatula
  •  Few measuring tools
  •  1/2 cups of Butter (1 stick)
  •   1/2 cups of Vegetable shortening
  •   1 tsp. clear vanilla extract
  •  4 cups of stifted confections' sugar
  •  2-3 tbsp. of milk

Lets Begin:
1. Add the butter and my shortening  in to the bowl make dure that the utter is completely softened, you want it well combined.
2. Put on the paddle attachment and start on medium low.
3. Scrape down the sides of your bowl so you don't have a big hunk of shortening or butter at the bottom, make sure everything is nice and evenly incorporated
4. When your butter and shortening is really combined add your vanilla extract  and mix until it's nice and comined.
5. Then move the mixture down to low and start adding the confectioner sugar.
6. Go half a cup at a time. (do this in a really small increments so it can come out smoooth and really glossy). Keep adding untilit gets dry.
7. Then you are going to add your one to two tablespoons of milk do this slowly because you dont want to add to much.
8. Stop it and scrap your bowl again a lot gets stuck on the paddle so make sure to get it off  and get the bottom and sides you don't want anything unmixed.
9. Then turn the mixer on again and put it on medium so you can get it going.
10. You will she how it will change from lumpy mess to smooth creamy consistency.
11. If your not going to use it right away put it in an airtight container and put it in your refrigerator. Put it in your bowl and beat it well them you can use it
