Putting The Cake Together:                                          








 Level It Out:

1. After you have let them cool down you are to level them down so that the cake can be completely plate. Put the cake on a turntable so it can be easier to cut it.

Slicing Off the Top of the Cake 2. I'm using a large Ateco cake knife if you don't have one you can use a regular kitchen serrated knife.
3. Don't put the knife to close to the edge just a nail away and just start cutting the cake using a sawing motion while doing this move your turntable. (use a sawing motion b because you dont want to tare the cake you want it level it out)
4. After your done cutting it will slide easily off and repeat the same process witht the other cake.




Adding Top Layer to Stacked Cake
Attach Your Cake To The Board:                                              


1. Get your cake board and your bowl of buttercream and  knife.
Preparing the Cake Board2. Get some buttercream with your knife and smooth it out into the middle of the board and then put your cake in the center of the board.
3. Then start putting a thin layer of buttercream in between the two cakes and starts spreading it around.
Adding the First Layer of Icing 4. Scrap some off because you don't want to much and then you are going place the second one on top .
